Laughter is the best medicine. It’s good for the soul. We should actually plan to add laughter into our lives. Watch a funny movie, read a funny story, play with the kids, or share laughter with a friend. Just laugh!

According to WebMD, a medical professor at the University of California Irvine has found that laughter plays a role in helping to fight viruses and bacteria, and possibly cancer and heart disease. Laughter reduces the secretion of stress hormones. Read more
